Support, bugs and feature requests
Something broken, something confusing, or something you wish the editors could do: [email protected].
If a specific chart is involved, paste its link. If an editor misbehaved, say which chart type, which browser and whether you were on a phone. A screenshot of what you saw is worth more than a description of it.
Remove a chart you published
You do not need to write to anyone. Open My charts from the same browser you published in, or from the account you published under, and use Unpublish to take it off the site or Delete to remove it outright. Both work without an account as long as that browser still holds the chart's edit link.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and any other data-protection request: [email protected]. What is collected and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright and takedown notices
Copyright complaints have their own procedure and their own designated agent, because a notice that is missing a statutory element cannot be acted on. The copyright page lists exactly what a notice must contain and where to send it, along with the counter-notice route if your chart was removed by mistake.
Reporting content
The fastest way to flag a published chart is the Report button on the chart's own page: it records which chart, which reason and when, and enough independent reports hide a chart automatically pending review. Write to [email protected] only if the report flow does not fit what you need to say.
Response times
This is not a staffed support desk. Copyright notices and content reports come first, privacy requests within the statutory window, and everything else as soon as it can be read. If a week goes by with no reply, send the message again: it did not arrive.
